Booking Process

• By registering you accept the CONFEST Code of Conduct.
• Authors of accepted papers must complete registration by the early registration deadline, 31 July 2026.
• To help estimate the carbon impact of CONFEST, you will be asked your main mode of travel to/from CONFEST.
• Choice of conference and workshop on the form are indicative to help with planning, you may swap between any conference/workshop that your ticket covers.
• On campus accommodation is also available at £66/night, booked separately, see our accommodation options.
• There are no student rates. See funding support below.

Travel Funding support

Limited funding will be available to support students, early career researchers and others who would otherwise not be able to attend without support.
The funding takes the form of fee waivers and/or possibly travel support. Students and Early career researchers making use of these funds are encouraged to participate in YR-Concur.

Those interested in applying for these funds should send an email to confest2026@liverpool.ac.uk before 1 July 2026, indicating their motivation to attend and estimated costs. Students should also include a letter of recommendation from their supervisor. Notifications will be provided by 5 July 2026.
